General conditions
The renter and the persons specified in the contract as additional drivers are allowed to drive the car. Transfer of control to third parties is prohibited. The fine for violation is 50,000 rubles.
When picking up the car you must present your passport and driver's license.
The minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours). Payment is made in one lump sum before the vehicle is delivered.
The rental price includes VAT at a rate of 5%.
Territory of operation
Permitted territory of operation: St. Petersburg, Leningrad region and the Republic of Karelia.
Traveling outside the specified territory without agreement with the company is prohibited. The fine for unauthorized departure is 50,000 rubles.
Receipt and return of the car
Upon receipt of the car, the parties sign a transfer and acceptance certificate recording all existing damage. Claims regarding the condition of the vehicle are accepted only at the time of acceptance.
The car is delivered clean and with a full tank. When returning, the fuel level must not be lower than when received. If it is necessary to refuel after return, the cost is calculated according to the company’s tariff (from 75 to 100 rubles/liter).
Returns late by more than 1 hour are charged hourly. If there is a delay of more than 4 hours, the full cost of the additional day will be charged.
In case of early return of the car, the rental cost is recalculated at the rate of the actually departed days. However, payment for the last (current) day of rental is non-refundable.
The return of the car is confirmed by signing the acceptance certificate. If the vehicle is not returned within the prescribed period, the company has the right to block the vehicle and contact the Ministry of Internal Affairs with a report of theft.
Pledge
The deposit amount is held for a period of 15 calendar days from the date of return of the car - to cover possible traffic police fines. Upon expiration of the term, the deposit is returned in full if there are no debts.
When activating the “Extended CASCO Protection (0 Deposit)” service, no security deposit is required.
Mileage limit and speed
The rental price includes the mileage limit specified in the contract. Exceeding the limit is paid at the company's rate for each kilometer.
The agreement establishes the following speed limits: over 120 km/h in populated areas, over 160 km/h outside populated areas, over 180 km/h on toll roads. The company’s fine for each recorded fact of excess is 5,000 rubles, in addition to the state traffic police fine.
If the speed limits established by the contract are exceeded, the protection under the “Extended CASCO Protection (0 Deposit)” service is not valid - the tenant bears full financial responsibility for damage caused at the time of the violation.
Toll roads and parking
All expenses for toll roads, parking and other operating fees are paid by the tenant independently.
Prohibitions
It is prohibited to use the car for commercial purposes: taxi, courier delivery, etc. Fine - 150,000 rubles.
Prohibited: towing other vehicles, driving lessons, participation in races and competitions, off-road driving, drifting.
It is prohibited to drive a car under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxication.
Smoking is prohibited in the cabin. The fine for detecting traces of smoking is 25,000 rubles.
Parking is prohibited in green areas. Fine - 10,000 rubles plus a state fine.
It is prohibited to leave keys and vehicle documents inside the vehicle unattended. If a car is stolen as a result of leaving keys or documents in the car, protection under the “Extended CASCO Protection (0 Deposit)” service is not valid - the tenant bears full financial responsibility.
It is prohibited to interfere with the equipment installed on the vehicle, as well as to perform independent repairs without written consent from the company.
Traffic police fines
The tenant independently pays all traffic police fines received during the rental period.
When a fine is received, the company sends the tenant a link to pay. The tenant is required to pay the fine within 1 day of receiving the notice.
If desired, the tenant can compensate the fine through the company - in this case, an administrative fee of 20% is added to the amount of the fine.
If you pay the fine yourself with a 50% discount, the tenant is required to send a receipt for payment via messenger.
Insurance and Liability
All cars are insured under MTPL.
Additionally, the service “Extended CASCO protection (0 deposit)” is available - the cost is 20% of the rental price. Upon connection, the tenant is released from financial liability for all operational damage to the vehicle, including body damage, chips, scratches, glass, wheels, tires and other damage.
Protection under the “Extended CASCO Protection (0 deposit)” service does not apply to the following cases: driving while intoxicated; transfer of control to a person not specified in the agreement; intentional damage to a car; use for prohibited purposes (taxi, drift, racing, etc.); using the vehicle off-road, on dirt roads, in water or in flooded areas - including damage to the underbody, suspension, engine (including water hammer) and transmission; violation of operating conditions stipulated by the manufacturer (use of unsuitable fuel, failure to comply with requirements for oil level, coolant, tire pressure, etc.); leaving the permitted territory without approval; leaving the scene of an accident; exceeding contractual speed limits; theft when keys or documents are left in the car.
In all cases excluded from coverage, the tenant shall compensate for the damage in full.
In case of an accident due to the fault of the lessee, in addition to compensation for damage, the vehicle is downtime for each day it is under repair.
In case of an accident or car damage
Notify the company immediately and follow its instructions.
Call the traffic police and get a document with a list of damages.
Self-settlement (European protocol) - only with the prior consent of the company.
In case of theft or actions of third parties, contact the Ministry of Internal Affairs and provide a certificate to the company within 10 days.
Cancellation
If the reservation is canceled less than 7 calendar days before the start of the rental, the prepayment will not be refunded.
